FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HAIR LENGTH
Your hair should be between 1/4 to 1/2 inch long. This allows for effective waxing. Generally 2-4 weeks following your last shave should allow enough hair growth. Don't be tempted to shave, the longer the hair the better.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR WAXING
We suggest exfoliating the area for 2-3 days before your wax appointment. Take a shower just before you arrive for your wax or feel free to use our shower facilities. A clean fresh surface reduces the possibility of irritation.
WAXING VERSUS SHAVING
With consistent waxing, hair grows back softer and less dense and it also takes between 3-6 weeks to fully grow back. Following shaving, hair is prickly, grows back within a few days and can lead to irritation to the skin and hair bumps
